XD-V75 now unusable at public gigs

Had some issues with mics dropping out in random order in our church. 4 v75s 3 of them brand new with p360 paddles. Found out one of the mic heads was loose. tightened it and had a trouble free service the next Sunday. Anyone else experienced this?
