jbuhajla just and FYI from Tech Support... Hi, I'm sorry about the trouble with your gear. If you're using 2 G10 systems on stage at the same time you need to sync them separately. Power up the first receiver, then plug in the transmitter and sync it. Then take it out and plug it into your guitar. Then power up the 2nd unit and repeat those steps. Don't try to sync one unit while the other is powered on, they will get on each other's channels. Let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks, Will - Line 6 Support

Nope, still an issue. Went to the rehearsal room with two newly updated G10's, plugged the bass transmitter in and then the guitar. No guitar, bass out of the guitar receiver. Unplugged them both and put them back into their perspective receivers and then back into the instruments and the were 'aligned' properly again. I just can't risk this craziness in a live performance. They've performed fine until the last couple weeks and no other equipment changes have taken place.

As an update...I did find the Line 6 Updater and used this on both units. There is not update for the receiver and the transmitter included an update to correct an issue of not going in to sleep mode.

Hi and thanks for the reply. I have been using these for a while and have never experienced this. I do find the sleep mode a bit aggravating as sometimes I need to quickly switch to the 12 string and it's gone off to sleep mode. My work around is to try to switch on the 12-string and strum it a few times to wake up the G10. I have not done a recent firmware update. Can you give me a short tip as to what I need to do there? A couple times now I have pulled both G10's from the double, swapped basses, plugged in the bass G10 and it's 'dead'. Plug it into the base unit and then immediately take it out and back into the bass and it's okay again.

I play some older Prog. material (Genesis, Yes, etc.) and use a 12/4 double-neck. I use a G10 for the guitar and another for the bass. Recently while rehearsing the 12-string signal seemed to drop completely and the bass sounded very strange. What happened was that the bass signal jumped from my G10 unit going into my bass pedal board over the the B10 unit connected to the guitar pedal board. I plugged each wireless back into their appropriate bass unit, took them back out, plugged them into the appropriate instrument and all was well. A few minutes later the guitar dropped again as the bass took over the guitar unit and went back in the guitar pedal board. Thanks -jb

Thanks for you comments and feedback. I suspect this is the situation. It is correct that I have two separate units/receivers. The double I am using is either switched to the 12-string or the bass only. An example of the challenge is playing an old Genesis song "Firth of Fifth", after playing bass for a few minutes I must make an immediate switch to 12-string. It may be that I have to find a way to switch to the 12-string on occasion, give it a couple of taps to 'wake it up' and then continue playing bass.

I purchased two G10's. I play a Prog gig and I have multiple basses and a 12/4 double neck. I love the freedom of quickly moving to different basses while having no cables laying round. The sound is excellent. The problem I have is when using the double neck. I have one G10 plugged into the 12-string and the other into the bass. When I quickly switch from the bass to the 12-string (or the other way around) there is a lag where the G10 is not engaged. It take a few note for the G10 to "catch up" and active. It's not a big problem, but it's a problem. I really need quick, immediate, response and don't seem to get this.
