  1. Hi all, This is my first post on the forum. I have had my POD HD500X for almost half a year now and I am still earning how to use most of its functions. Here is my big questions: Is it possible to store mp3 samples in the POD HD500X and assign stomps to play them similar to mapping samples to a MIDI controller? I'm in a 6 piece progressive metal band and I am trying to find an easy way to activate our bass drops and other sampled sounds while we play our set. I would prefer to not have to run the entire show through Ableton or Protools given that I do not own either (I am a Logic producer). I would like to keep things as simple as possible without having to incorporate my computer in the set. Thoughts? Dave
