Hello all, I'm hoping that someone has seen this before and there's a solution. I've had this amp for about 2 1/2 years and enjoyed the features, but recently I got a Surface Pro tablet (windows 10) and was trying to get its audio output from the Amplifi 150 via bluetooth. Some days it worked, but it always was a struggle. So I figured I'd try to update the Amplifi's firmware via a desktop PC running Windows 10. I had done this before, but it's been a while, so I downloaded the latest drivers and Updater software from the Line 6 website, connected the Amplifi via USB and nothing happened. The amp never showed up in the update window. So I powered off, moved the USB cable to another port on the PC and powered up. The amp is now totally unresponsive. It lights up all 4 tone LEDs in a solid white, and the Bluetooth, Tone and Tap buttons are lit, but very dim. I've tried the factory reset procedure to no avail. Any other suggestions?
