  1. The above fix does work for me. I was having the issue with both Helix Native and Softube Amp Room so this is a big win. Previously I was lowering my screen resolution to one that was visible in Reaper. Just ticking the 'High DPI Scaling Override' doesn't work I had to change the dropdown to System from Application. I'm not running any HiDPI compatible plugins though so it's obviously not a perfect fix for everyone. Edit: And in fact it looks like the setting can be chosen on a per plugin basis by hitting the plus button on a floating FX window and choosing the relevant compatibility option there.
  2. Got round to trying the Guitar Input Pad on my wireless unit yesterday. Was a bit baffled at first because I couldn't discern any difference between it being on or off, but I was using wireless and when I used a cable instead it obviously worked. Am I missing a setting here somewhere? Surely that setting should be available via both methods? It's frustrating because I'd given up on wireless with the constant drop outs but having moved house (and router) that's no longer an issue. I wanted to try the input pad because the default settings on most amps and drives sound too gainy and boomy. I use humbuckers but nothing crazy, just stock burstbuckers. It does seem to have a positive effect, I don't have to drop the drive and/or bass so dramatically. I had hoped it might make the fuzzes useable, but still no. Do people use these on Pod Go? I understand with Helix you can have the unit change the input impedance when lower impedance effects are used but Pod has fixed impedance. Fuzz sounds terrible on my Pod, even the muffs which shouldn't be so temperamental - completely over distorted and not in a good way, I assume that's the incorrect impedance now that padding the input doesn't seem to improve things? I have had the old hardware impedance issue fixed on mine already for the record.
  3. I have exactly the same issue. I've tried allowing the unit to auto-select the channel and also cycling through the channels manually. No dice. I also have a mesh wifi system at home. I took the unit away on holiday and it worked fine. Very annoying. I've had to resort to a cable, which is frustrating as I paid up for a wireless unit rather than snapping up one of the wired units I could have bought for half the price used.
  4. How do I update the transmitter firmware? I was told to do that by Line6 but only the firmware for the main unit appears in the updater software and I don't seem to be able register the transmitter separately. Edit, ignore that. Just more evidence that the microswitch is faulty. When I reinserted it a few times it finally showed up in the update options.
  5. To answer your question, pushing the micro switch seems to have a variety of results. Sometimes nothing and sometimes various lights flashing that weren't flashing before.
  6. It's completely erratic actually. After I posted I got it to work, then it stopped working. It's fully charged. Most of the time it flashes green when it's not plugged into anything, sends no signal and continues to flash green when it's plugged into the guitar. Sometimes it turns orange and then solid green when it's unplugged and then I can plug it in again and it works. That sounds pretty broken no? I can't see any mention of flashing green when unplugged being a thing that's supposed to happen.
  7. My wireless dongle has suddenly stopped syncing. It charges fine but plugging it into the guitar in socket doesn't result in the sync arrows symbol any more, and I get no signal from any guitar when using it. Wired worked fine. Any clues?
