You're spot on Phil. They're presets. Now I don't understand why he says they should be installed for the presets to work properly????? Clive

Wow!!!! that was a quick response my friend - thanks a lot. When I 'click'; on RESONSES the line 'COPY - PASTE - IMPORT - EXPORT - CLEAR' is all greyed out, so I cannot select IMPORT???? Clive

Hi folks, I have purchased some very good presets from a guy (he's in hospital with the coronavirus, poor chap, so unfortunately I can't speak to him). In his docs. he says that the IR's (supplied seperately), should be installed, if not the presets will not sound as they should do - I have a problem loading them .... I am 'clicking' on IMPULSES, and dragging the IR's across from my desktop, but as soon as I drag them across, the list changes to 'User 1', so they will not go in the IR's list. Am I doing something wrong???? Clive

Hi folks, I'm desperately trying to create a preset for the sound below (not the intro), but failing miserably! Afraid I'm struggling to get my head around the correct procedure with this. I would be more than grateful if I could receive help and advice in how to correctly produce this preset. Maybe someone has a preset very close who is willing to share? Thanks in advance. Clive

Hi Codamedia, Thanks for the patch - you've done a great job! I appreciate it. Now I need to try my Quadraverb before the Helix, by the 4 cable method. Would you know how I can set the effects loop to recognise the Quadraverb? Thanks again. Clive

Thanks guys, I really appreciate your input and help. I'm away for a couple of nights. I'll look at your kind suggestions when I get back home and let you know how I get on. I should have mentioned that I want to connect my Quadraverb 2 up before the Helix, mainy because it has all the authentic Shadows and Hank Marvin's 'Echoes From The Past' reverb and delay programmes on it, which are accurate. In fact, Hank uses this, as he has for many years. I would like to know how I can get the Helix Rack to accept it. Codamedia .... thanks for the attachment - could you please let me know how to get the patch into the Helix - thanks. I think it is fair to point out that I am a 75 year old pensioner, so I'm not very good with computers etc. This is why I rely on kind guys like yourselves to kindly advise me.
