Need to do a factory reset on my Pod HD Pro X. I understand that Line 6 Monkey has retired. Could someone please advise me how to do this?

I am using an Amplifi remote with an oldish iPad. All the software has been installed and the Amplifi TT is recognising the iPad, but I am only getting 8 amps showing, I believe there should be many more. Also, I am not getting any menu showing when opening the app. Could anyone please help?

I'm afraid that I'm still having problems with Monkey. I have followed the post that hurghanico kindly gave me. When I open Monkey, I now get the 'Updates' panel, but when I click on 'Check For Updates', it says 'Cannot Make Connection to the Internet Server'. Anyone any ideas please? Rgds/Clive

I have purchased another second hand Pod hd Pro X and need to do a complete factory reset. Having installed all the software, I understnd that to do a reset, the Line 6 Monkey should be used. The prolem I am having is that when I open Monkey, it is not detacting my Pod. The drop down menu is only showing Podxt. The images show the three stages. Could someone please help? Rgds/Clive

I have a Pod HD Pro X and I need to download some Hank Marvin presets from Customtone. I understand that HD 500 X presets are compatible with the HD Pro X. Having opened Customtome, I typed Pod HD 500 X in the search box (image 1). This opens with all the tones. I then type HANK MARVIN in the search box (image 2) and just one preset is found, not relating to Hank Marvin. Obviously I'm doing something wrong. Could anyone please help? Clive

I have purchased an AMPLIFI TT and I am attempting to use a pedal with it. My setup is .... Guitar -> Line 6 G10 Wireless -> Yamaha Magicstomp -> Amplifi TT (Gtr In) -> DAW / Speakers. The problem is that I'm not getting any sound to the speakers. If I connect the Magicstomp to the 'Amp Out' on the Amplifi TT, I have the sound, but it isn't very good. ---------------------------------------------------- Also, the DAW I am using is Mixcraft 10 Pro Studio. My old procedure was to load a backing track and record with it playing, hearing both the BT and my guitar through the speakers, but using the Amplifi TT, I only hear the BT coming from my computer. Hi DC, I'm back - now fit and well!!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the interface drivers and strangely everything seems ok, so I don't really know what happened, other than maybe I never downloaded them correctly???? However, I appreciate your help and advice. Take care. Rgds - Clive

I'm afraid that I cannot investigate this further at the moment as I have to go into hospital shortly to have an operation on my right hand as I am losing the feeling in my fingers!!!!!
