    Did this issue ever get solved??? I just bought a Line 6 G10S unit and it works perfectly with all my guitars EXCEPT my Ernie Ball MusicMan Luke LIII. Makes a high pitched “squeal” sound! Need to fix this!

    What if you have an old Firmware version running on your Helix? I currently am running 2.00 on my Helix and want to update to the latest version...but, not sure the latest udater is compatible with Firmware 2.00. Also, want to back up my settings, IR's first...what software do I need to install to do that?? Confused.
