  3. Hi Triyche, iI tried all USB settings in the BIOS but with no effect. The simple solution you have proposed I have been practicing since I have the KB37 ;-) But I thought that there is maybe a solution for the normal way. Now it is how it is. Thank you.
  4. Hi, is there any USB-Hub that works with the KB37? Has someone tried that? I have only one USB connector on my Transformer Book and want to connect another midi interface. ...
  5. Okay, I tried what TheRealZap said. SlimDrivers has updated some Intel drivers. After starting the computer it worked once but after this it is the same problem again. I hope my English is understandable.
  6. Did you found a solution? I've the same problem with my new KB32 an an ASUS Transformerbook.
  7. Hi KB37users and line6 technician, I've read some old treats about this problem but found no solution. I've a new KB37 on a new Asus T300LA convertible laptop with win 8.1 64Bit. When the KB is plugged in and I start the computer there is no midi connection. Audio works. The leds of the keytranspose leds on the left side are dark and one clipping led on the right side lights. When I plug in the USB cable after starting the computer all works fine. The Asus has only one USB Port and I plug the KB37 directly in it. No hub. The latest drivers from this web site are installed. No other with the KB37 included software is installed. All treats I have found about this problem are very old. Is there in 2014 a solution available or have I to live with this unpleasant problem, or is the KB37 broken? Greetings, Frank
