Thumbs down Line 6. Get that fixed!

I have the same issues. Figure this out yet?

Mac is mac mini 2.3 Ghz Intel Core i7. All updates in Monkey up to spec.

First off I run a POD XTlive and the UX2 into my mac mini. I use the pod for guitars and ux2 for vox....First Issue-So whenever I startup gearbox I am asked which software (ux2 or POD XTlive) I want to run in the Hardware selection box. I always choose Pod xtlive and unclick the "don't show this dialog at startup again" box. This is the device I use 95 percent of the time so I need it to startup every time. Each and every time I startup Gearbox this hardware selection box opens although I uncheck the "don't show this..." box. I also go into preferences and tell gearbox to use podxtlive at startup and yet it does NOT work. Second- Next I get the "welcome to gearbox" "we'll show you help to get you started" box. I uncheck the "show this next time box" and press cancel so the GearBox help pdf doesn't open. Every time this "welcome to gearbox" opens up and I don't want it to despite my telling the program not to open this menu at statrtup. Third- whenever gearbox starts up it loads the "American Punk" preset. I tell gearbox in the preferences to use the last preset upon opening. Same thing every time, it opens american punk preset which I don't like. It seems that no matter what boxes I check or uncheck gearbox always opens the same way. Very annoying. I must be missing something here. Maybe a fix to get rid of these issues? any help is appreciated. Rick
