Hey there, SO I am having problems with my Pod Studio UX1 hardware and the Line 6 monkey. I am actually trying to help my dad install this so he can record. At one point we were able to record a couple of riffs using RiffWorks but now the computer is not detecting the hardware. The error message says that there is a problem with the device driver, and it is not able to fix the problem and I cannot find a manual download online for the driver.
I've been reading through the forums and it seems that using Line 6 Monkey would be my best bet to try and resolve this issue but, there is also an error with my monkey program. A couple actually. The first problem is that whenever it detects the hardware, it detects my PodUX1 as a PodxT. I am also not able to login onto my account through the program because it says that it is not able to connect to the network, even though I have a solid connection. I have tried most of the usual things, using different USB ports, reinstalling the programs etc. but nothing seems to work. If anybody could help me resolve this isssue it would be greatly appreciated!
