Does anyone else have this issue? When i connect to my amp using amp out to amp input, the volume is extremely low and unusable. When i use right and left main out to fx return on amp, it's perfect. I have checked both volume levels on fx100, the volume pedal, amp volume, ect... Not sure what the issue is. Anyone else having this issue?

Ok, so you can only save to your hardware, not to your phone. All other multi effects pedals i have used before let you save locally, so was just checking. I assume you have offline access to all 100 presets stored. Anyway, thanks for the info.

Is this possible? If i log out of the app and use in offline mode, ask of my tones disappear. I have read you can save to your device, but can't seem to figure it out. Is this only for ios devices? I have the latest app and firmware versions for fx100. Thanks

The app does not magically create a tone by analyzing the song you are playing. I was initially fooled by the marketing as well. From what i can tell, it uses the id info that is tagged on your mp3 to search the tone cloud for matches. If your mp3 music does not have id info stored, that may be why matches are not coming up. Have you tried a manual tone search?
