granulated

My HD300 (purchased about 3 weeks ago) was connecting via USB fine...until today.... Now no amount of uninstalling/installing/rebooting or trying different USB ports can get the POD connecting to the PC The Device manager shows it as an unknown usb device but the windows driver update procedure will not accept the HD300 drivers. Monkey, Edit or the Line6 USB/MIDI device manager also will not recognise the POD. Am I gonna start regreatting this purchase ? Lets have some proper help Line 6 !
