  1. Hi, I just wanted to reply to this thread which was very helpful to resolving my issue. I'm not going to recount all of the circumstances leading up to the failure of my Helix (bought in 2015, on constantly, used daily) but it died recently. Suspecting it was a similar issue, I popped the back open and found the power supply fried, as others did. I purchased this: https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/xp-power/ECS65US12/4487677?s=N4IgTCBcDaKHAEBGALAdgAwFoFgJwDYMA5AEThAF0BfIA based on the comments from this thread. NOTE: The new part does not look identical Another important note about this part (also mentioned in this thread) is that tolerances for the mounting holes are very tight. The way the mounting pilons are set, the mounting holes for this part will be ever so slightly out of alignment. This is easily resolved by loosening the mounting pilons, giving you enough tolerance to fit the power supply in place. Having completed the open heart surgery on the Helix, everything seems to be working correctly so far. Thank you everyone who contributed to this thread. Cheers Stu
