Hi All,
Pulled my GuitarPort out of storage to give to my son to get him going on the guitar. Installed software on Windows 8 laptop, eventually installed Monkey, License manager, created an account, updated drivers, and finally got the green light on the GP but still a flashing USB symbol on the software and device not recognized. Figured it was a old device/Windows 8 issue so tried it on a Windows 7 machine with same results.
Requirements check/System Statistics weird showing all green except RAM at 0 MB, IE SSL disabled, and BIOS date 82/124/1 (?!).
Any help?

Never mind...found out I needed to update firmware via Monkey as well. All good now . ;)
