  1. Hi there, I seem to have a slightly different problem here: I just bought the Helix Rack and cannot get any connection with HX Edit on my computer. Every time I try to upgrade the Rack I get the message: "connection interrupted" Not tha I just did the upgrade on the Helix Floor and to get a backup before putting it on sale a few day ago (same computer, same cable) and everything went fine... The Helix Rack that I have is running on firmware 1.05.1.... Could the be a problem? How should I proceed? Thank you for your help.
  2. Hi there I have just bought the helix rack a few days ago and it runs on firmware eversion 1 something. I tried tu upgrade it using the Helix HX Edit software. But I always get the "connection interrupted" message. Does not work whichever cable I use. I have been through every post I could find on the forum and other but nothing helps. I just did the upgrade on my Helix floor last week before selling it and it just worked fine... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for reading.
