But I can't still understand how to connect firehawk to pream, after I watched several videos and read some of the themes on this forum :( I have amt ss-11 with its own in\out+send\return http://eshop.amtelectronics.com/ss-guitar-preams-tube-jfet/amt-ss-11b-modern-tube-guitar-preamp.html And randall rg200 (whitch also has its send\return) http://medias.audiofanzine.com/images/normal/randall-rg-200-g2-848162.jpg So I connect: 1 - guitar to firehawk "guitar in"; 2 - firehawk send to amt input 3 - firehawk return to amt send 4 - firehawk output to amt return 5 - amt output to randall return Am I right with this? And what i must choose on amp\line buttons on the firehawk. Anothe quiestion, what should I choose in remote app? As I understand, i should set in amp\cabinet "No amp", and then set "FX Loop" in the 1st place of the chain, all effets between FX Loop and amp.

Thanks. I figured out wih the 1st question. But still have unsolved the 2nd one. In the way to be understood correctly, the expression pedal I mean is the pedal of Firehawk, not addtion one. I read the manual and several times your post. I tried tweak mod "assing to the pedal", without it. It still wants works from the very start and affect the sound or it is switched off completrly. As I understood: 1 - I set the position of the pedal to the max heel (100%) 2 - Turn off the wah block in the remote app 3 - Save it (for exampleon "B" footswithc) 4 - Next time when I go from A preset to the B, the wah should be still off 5 - Only when I push the pedal to the toe, the wah should switch on Is that Correct?

Hello everyone. I would have to 2 questions on witch I can't find info. 1 - How set the expression pedal as a tone shifter, for example as a digitech whammy 5. We have volume and wah blocks in the remote app. They works as they should. And we have modulation block, where we have "bender" effect and some others. When I set "bender", the sound changes, but I can use the remote app only for settings. The expression pedal continues to work as wah\volume. I thought there is no such feature. But I've seen this https://youtu.be/R0c8MeU8weo?t=2m18s. Is it possible only with Variax or with all other guitars too? 2 - I have distortion preset. And I need to use expression as wah in one moment. The problem is that when I switch on wah with the remote, it's immediately affects the sound, no matter what position the pedal has, 0% or 100%. It's very inconvenient and annoying to have 2 same presets (distortion and same distortion with wah). Is there any solution of this issue like some sort of "true bypass" mode or bind it on footswitch somehow?

I read about 4 cable method. And as I understand, the purpose of this method is to use stomp and effects of the firehawk and main drive\distortion of the head or amplifier. And as it was said, I want to use amplifier only as cabinet and have minimum effect of the randal's amp. So the 1st cable goes from guitar to firehawk's "guitar in", the 2nd goes from "1\4 out" (left or right, no difference) to return on the amp, and that's all. Am I correct?

Hi everyone. This is my first experience with "sound emulator".so, sorry for such question. I can't figure out how to use send/return switches on my guitar amplifier. I tried many differnt orders of switching\connection\pairin (differnt android and iOS phones\tablets ).The only thing helped is to update firehawk itself via cable. When version of remote app and firmware became the same, they became friends :)

One more off-topic-question, sorry. I can't figure out how to replace saved presets from the phone. I go "my tones" in the app, find my preset, set it to firehawk. But when I press "save" emblem, it offers me to change name and some details of the preset and there is only "delete preset" button. When I choose any free bank, any footswitch and build absolutely new preset, after pressing save button I can choose where to save, to "firehawk" or to "my tones"

Pairing didn't help. As I suggested, the problem was in different versions of remote app and firmware of firehawk. Don't no why, but it came after updating remote to v 1.10 and dissappeared with updating firehawk up to v 1.10 (added info in the previous post). I am sure it would also dissapeared with downgrading remote app to v1.00), if I had working install file. Thanks everyone for advices and support :)

When I power on firehawk, then bluetooth, it blinks fast, when the remote app shows message "reconnection and loading prestes..", bluetooth stops to blink. When it showsthe message about the update it begins to blink, but slower, than at the begining. UPDATE: I have succeeded in someway. I updated my firehawk up to v.1.10 via cable (PC began to see it). Now 100% sync with my tablet, and a little problem with my other phone. It connected to the firehawk from the 5th attempt and took about 30-40 seconds to connect. I'll figure out it later, something wrong with the phone firmware.

I don't try to downgrade firmware update. I was trying to downgrade remote app to v.1.00. Firehawk firmware is v1.01. When I connect it via usb the updater, there is no any reaction, only "select device to update", that's all. I w

I've tried HTC, Meizu MX4 (android too), Iphone 4s - the same thing. Now I've noticed, even when the firehawk is off, I go to the settings > device flash, and there I see available firmware update. I press the button, see bug\features report, then press UPDATE. It tries connect to servers ("downloading device image from server") for 2-3 seconds and throws me back to the bug report info...and all in curcles. Unfortunately I can't update via bluetooth too, because I suppose that I need somehow update the firehawk or downgrade remote app up to v.1.00 for the correct work and connection. But all install files v.1.00 for android are vanished. Some web sites have corrupted copies of the app that doesn't install at all.

Who knows any program that works with Firehawk, except remote app and Line 6 Updater? Or maybe there is software that allows to edit it from pc. It's frustrating, that I can use only factory presets. Are there any hotkeys that somehow reset my fireware or downgrade it, except push VOLUME and TAP buttons, it doesn't help.

I've tried the same update methods from another android phone, from another pc via cable. I have the same results. Give me, please, remote app v1.00. and that's it. I'll live without its "looper and BETTER bluetooth stability updates"
