I have a new Helix Floor, with v2.210, and I've experienced the same thing (frozen boot with the -28 code on the screen. I has now happened twice (at gigs!). Each time, I turned it back off and back on again, and it came up normally, but I'm concerned. Would like to know what's wrong. Thanks
