Thanks a lot for helping me out..

I have a line 6 hd 500x and recently I tried to connect my guitar through it to amplitube 3.but the problem is if I bypass my hd500x still in monitor I am getting the clean guitar along with the effects of amplitube 3. Signal chain is: Guitar > line 6 hd 500x ( bypass)> computer through USB> amplitube 3> hd500x> monitors.. Please suggest what is the problem and if I can use the line 6 hd500x as the interface without getting the clean tone on my monitors..
