Sadly, the SD card swap didn't work for me. Looks like this Amplifi 150 will have to get a new board. Mine got the ABCD lights flashing while the others are flashing dimly. Tried the factory reset steps to no avail(Tone+Tap or Tone+Volume while booting). This occurred when the app had a pop up that prompted to reconnect and we clicked "Yes".
