Thanks for the reply and for the video. I understand what you are saying. You said that you went with the 212+ primarily for bottom end... Is it that (bottom end) something that just can't be dialed in, or tweaked on the standard PC?

I just started working with my new HELIX LT. I also picked up the PC 112. i'm messing around with presets, with the PC in FRFR. The PC sounds harsh, no fullness or bottom end? Just overly bright without any resonance? Anything i'm missing here?

i hear you... and agree. but if you see my most recent post.. i just dont want extra features that i might not /need use. I'm pretty straightforward, and this is my first all digital rig attempt.

Coming from my analog world, and EVH iconic owner... for my Jackson setup HB/SC and my YJM strat (stacked SC), i used some clean boosts for the single coils* some eq, delay, reverb and modulation. Looking for a handful of amp types for both hi gain and clean tones. I'm considering the Line 6 PC along with my CATALYST as a stereo setup.

thx i appreciate the advice. I play mostly at home, so other than the initial "break in" with any cabinet, I will be playing at pretty conservative volumes. I play 80's-90's hard rock metal, etc.

in your opinion... is it worth it to get the Helix LT over the Stomp XL? The Helix LT dropped in price to $999 and the stomp is $750. I play at home/recording. Budget-wise the XL makes sense for me, but with the price drop, I'm wondering if I should just get the Helix LT. Are the benefits of the Helix LT dramatically better?

Hello, Will running the LT into the CATALYST yield a great sound? or should i just get the dedicated power cab?

a $550 effects unit ships with faulty cables? really?

Does anyone know if there is a way to have your recordings playback continously without the 2s pause, every time the recording loops? The pause in the playback really affects the ability to improvise well... and sounds stupid.... thanks

Hello. New to the community. I realize this is an entry level amp, but do the "downloadable tones" for this amp consist merely as visual settings created by other users? Is there a more comphrehensive users manua beyond the pilot guide that comes for this particular amp? do any of the the foot pedals for this amp allow the users to connect to a PC to access software, etc? Thanks in advance for your help.
