Hi,
i just unpacked the amp, played for some 5 minutes to see how it sounds and then donwloaded the ihpone up and started updating the software. The app crashed in the middle of the update and now the amp wouldn't work at all - even without the app.
I kept trying to update again, to an older firmware as that was the only option but that gets stuck at the very beginning and nothing happens no matter for how long i left it (didn't try for more than 2 hours!).
Apologies for a blunt question: what should i do?
Have you had a similar problem and solved it?
