Yes. Line 6 screwed up and they should make it right. If there is even a chance that someone's unit shipped to them with out of spec parts it should be replaced. I don't think OP is in the wrong for wondering if the unit he paid his hard earned money on was sold to him in a faulty state.

Hello, I'm sorry if this has already been asked. I searched but did not find the answer. Did the effects (delay, reverb, mod, DRIVES) get an update along with the amp modeling? I had an M13 and liked it, but the effects could have sounded a little more robust and 3 dimensional. Are they all new, lush sounding effects and authentic sounding drive models, or are they the same models put into a different box?
