trying to update my line 6 amplifi 75 from pc so i can use my android but when i connect to amp via usb i get the message not recognizing usb. Please help someone

I bought a line 6 75 amlifi waited nearly 2 weeks for in to be delivered to the shop .When i got it home (although i had played one fine in the shop )i found it wasn't compatible with my galaxy tablet .I had to update it with software from my pc and even though spent hours trying to do it i have given up and going back to the shop so they can do it for me. My advice would be if you buy one from a shop don't leave with it until they get it working for you on your device.
