Hi Zutko, Check out this manual: http://www.akaipro.de/sites/default/files/downloads/mpd_and_mpk_series___setup_with_ableton_live_00.pdf It tells you how to set up Ableton and your MPK, and I think it is quite easy and straighforward to make the kind of customizations you mention (so probably no need to pay anyone for that ;) Hope it helps...
