Hi there..i own Helix version 1.04.3.. It was working perfectly but for some reason the controllers were not functioning such as joystick,action,page,bypass,save,amp,parameters ...i tried to reset it and it was done perfectly, i turned it off and when i tried to power on again its stuck with a massage (updating UI MCU Firmware,please wait,Do not power off the unit...) i kept it for around two hours with no use i tried to to update but its not responding since its stack on this page please advice
