when you run the 4cm you eliminate the preamp onboard the amp. I am using my amps just for the power amp. i disagree with you on the power amp changing the tone. ive played the same preamps through different tube power amps and there is almost notice. im not asking for a amp theory here. I was just looking for more advance signal routing that hopefully wouldnt cost much. I know the headphone will work in a pinch. I know the other output will work as well. I liked your idea of the blubox. but im not buying a 300 load box. i cant use the left unIR because thats going back to the amp.

Hey your either really confused or I am. I could spilt the signal before it comes back to the power amp is what I meant. I don’t know of any di boxes that take a speaker load. Why can’t I just use the headphone output on the stomp and send that to mixing board

so.. i have a di box but its only 1 in and 1 out. can i make a little box with one input and 2 outputs using old input jacks and guitar wiring?

i was on wifi and searched for tones to no avail. I switched to my network (at&t) and searched and still nothing. MY tones favorites and firehawk 1500 all come up but nothing on the cloud...did they shut it down?

hey all. My helix is updated to 2.60 firmware. but im getting a code and wont allow me to import. "Failed to import one or more presets A model used in the preset is not recognized" the code number is 8312. please help

Every time I try to open the my music tab on the app it opens then a second later goes back to the music sources. Please help. The play jam tracks tab works fine. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I have multiple apple products and they are all doing the same thing.

Ive had the same problem with the Helix and this POD HD 500. You just have the inputs wrong. It all depends on your rig. But Ive found the Studio direct works best with direct to DAW or FRFR and even L6 link into a dt25

Hey i just got a POD HD500. Im using the computer software to download all these nice customtone patches. My issue is once I put them on the POD and use them once I turn off I lose them all. I send and receive the patches and It does nothing. Any help would be great

Ive had terrible issues with these as well. I wonder if its a difference in the rig were using. I have had great luck with Glenn Delaune patches they sound very good. but if you figure it out please tell me how
