I wasted all evening trying get to work this piece of crap (Monkey, I mean) ... So, you just need to download all the software manually from the http://line6.com/software/index.html I am now updating my POD HD400 manually, there is "Update from file" button within the Monkey interface. So fck this crappy connection.
