Just to confirm that the instructions by Cabrilio worked a treat. All permanent Echo/Chorus effects disappeared from Clean. Happy days.

Thanks Cabrilio, this has been bugging me for a few months now, will try this when I get home. Was really starting to annoy me. Wish I hadn't placed that cheeky bid on a Fender Mustang amp yesterday now :)
