HX Edit (2.81) and Helix Native starting with with a "blank" screen and crash

Hi I've been complaining to Line 6 for a long time since Helix Native was working at version 1.90 and then it hasn't worked since. I have a Surface Pro 6 and I use the SD Card for samples so it's not optional. The images show Disk 0 so I'm looking for any suggestions.
