From the manual it does mention controlling the tuner via MIDI, however this would be a very useful feature.

Just bumping this thread since it still is a problem. The suggested workaround made it's magic but the issue shows its ugly face very 24h. Please Line6 fix this as it makes a huge issue everyone using the Native plug-in.
