    Hi, I have exactly the same problem . When you have unplugged the USB Devices , you have tried manual update ? and the screen was not blank anymore ? Do you have to begin with 1.x firmware before going to 2.01 ? Thank you for your help , i can not use my Helix received yesterday :( Philippe
