  1. I have a similar issue my self .. I got a new helix yesterday but I can't use it without feeling a very slight electric shock .. weirdly enough, if happens if the power button is turned off but no shocks when it's fully on. If I flip the plug and connect it upside down , the shock happens when the device is turned on and doesn't happen when it's switched off but still plugged into the wall. I'm having the shock anyways if I plug the usb I can't contactee the customer service and they advised to try a surge protector power strip .. ordered one that will arrive tomorrow.. hopefully it works
  2. Gonna try the studio EQ So simply for solos I'll press 3 switches , Boost , Delay and Reverb , unless there is a way to set 1 switch for all the 3 of them that im not aware of
