Hi, hope that someone can help/point me in the right direction. Since doing the update to 2.5 I have had trouble importing tones I've downloaded from L6 custom tone site. They appear to be in hlx format. I select a blank preset click import and select the tones then I get the error saying model specified in the file not recognised. Others are using the presets fine. Any ideas?

Ha ha.....you got me! Thought it sounded fantastic. One of the best things about the helix is the soundscapes you can create and that pedal would be a bonus

Hi was wondering if anyone can help? I'm trying to use various DAW's in Android which all recognise the helix as a USB audio device, the problem is when I arm the track I'm getting no input signal from the helix. I've used various devices with a few different DAW's and the same thing happens which leads me to think I'm doing something wrong with the helix? Is it not just plug and play? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Sorry if I'm being a bit daft but I'm trying to load your setlist into helix and I can't. So was wondering if you could help??Everytime I try to I go into the editor select a new preset from one of the user banks and select import setlist and then I select your download and I get model specified in the file not recognised. I'm updated to firmware 2.12 on the helix and the editor says it's version 1.11. I'm pretty new to this so not sure if it's something I'm doing wrong. Thanks in advance
