Okay, if anyone is interested I found an online Presets list that is somewhere in the neighborhood of what I have been looking for. It's called "Parirami's M13 Settings Depot". I don't know anything about it; it seems to be old and may not have been updated in years... but I am going to reach out to the dude. And if the scenes/settings are useful, then... cool B) and kudos to Pari Rami.
