Variax 500, issue after update

To be precise, when i launch workbench, information message said product was outdated and cannot go forward,that s why i made update -
Dear, After update of my variax 500, it does not work anymore. I performed the update through Line 6 Central , (line6 monkey did not recognised with my windows 11 computer), which correctly recognized my guitar and its model. Unfortunatelly, i can't retreive error message but it spoke about factory and preset. Variax interface is still recognised and i tried with old computer under windows 10, live 6 monkey recognised usb interface and both leds are green no sound from my guitar :( Thank you for you help
