Pod Farm 2 Not Authorized

Good morning, I have a POD Farm 2 Studio GX, correctly registered and purchased on 02/19/2017 on Amazon. I reinstalled the program on the computer and now it indicates that "pod farm 2 is not authorized". What am I doing wrong? Thank You. Renato C.
