  1. bump, still trying to figure this one out. unfortunately my Kelley is being serviced atm so I have nothing to compare it to aside from that video. the litigator model almost sounds "weaker" if that makes sense, it's much thinner and less aggressive than a Kelley.
  2. Thanks for the tips. I have tried running the bass higher and that definitely helped. I should mention that in real life it doesn't seem as tight as in that video, but really fat sounding depending on pick attack. I can't quite get that with the litigator. I'm thinking of maybe blending it with the Bassman model next time I get the chance to tweak.
  3. Here Joe is playing a Jim Kelley Reverb: I own one of these and haven't been able to replicate it on the Helix (yet). That video is a perfect demonstration of what I'm after. So far I've gotten the closest using the "Litigator" model running into the "Mesa EXT" cab (it has an EVM12L like the real amp). I'm particularly struggling to get that note bloom... Any suggestions? Should I try a different amp model, EQ, or maybe an IR?
