I am responding to your post requesting help in learning the basics of Helix. I am posting here because it’s a bit more private than the forum in which you posted. However it it’s still public if forum member wishes to visit here. I am hoping you will receive a notice that this is here and will read it.

I have occasionally helped users with personal support and help in the form of an extended phone call or web-based video meeting using something like Zoom or FaceTime. I am happy to do that with you if you wish.
