  1. Hi, Its 2019 and I'm having the same problem. I couldn't get sync lock at all and was going insane when I pulled out the USB cable connected to my HX Edit laptop and it suddenly synced. I thought USB and SPDIF should work together. Having thought I had some sort of fix, I am getting incredibly low signal despite cranking everything up, i still had to normalise my test track and to cap it all, the sound is badly distorted, and not in a good way. I have raised a ticket but would be interested to know how anyone here may have overcome or solved these SPDIF issues.
  2. Phil, Thank you. I clearly had a logic bypass ! I really appreciate you putting me on the right track. Garry
  3. Hi all, I have successfully (and easily) imported the Line 6 Allure IR's and also some Taylor Acoustic IR's into the librarian section in HX Edit. However, none of them are showing in the Edit window where I can select them for my custom presets. Reading the HX Pilots Guide, and watching the Line 6 Helix Minute video, I appear to have done everything I am supposed to do. The Only IR's showing in my Edit window are the two stock IR's IR1024 and IR2048 that come as standard. I am completely up to date with both Helix Firmware and HX Edit at Helix Floor 2.82 and HX Edit also at 2.82. Can anyone suggest what the solution might be ? Thanks in advance !
