Hi community! I have a few questions about output volume: Some patches are much quieter than others, even when I set the channel volume to 10. What would you recommend? Should I lower the other sounds? My concern is that during concerts, my guitar track will be weak compared to the other tracks (because I will have lowered the volume too much on the different tones). Also, what volume would you recommend for the main volume (knob on the pedalboard): 1/4, 1/2, 3/4? Also, how do you balance the volumes between your different tones/patches? Do you have an effective technique, or do you simply do it by hand, comparing the volumes of the different tones? Many thanks in advance for your valuable answers!

Dear Line 6 community, I have a POD HD 500 that has some malfunction for a while: it turns on, works (there is sound, etc.). The problem is that the screen displays anything, as well as the LEDs on each pedal, making the pedalboard unusable (see a picture of the screen attached). Has anyone ever had this type of problem, or has any idea of the origin of the problem (or a solution)? I have already tried to RESET the stuff by pressing the left arrow while turning it on, but I'm not sure if it does anything. I should mention that it didn't fall off or anything, and the problem happened overnight. I thank you for your precious help in advance! Best!
