I assume it's maybe due to server overload but when I open the Line 6 updater there is no device I can select to update? My Helix is plugged in via USB and I've just successfully backed it up to HX Edit. Both the updater and HX Edit have been updated.

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me with a problem i'm encountering. My helix arrived today and I've just started to mess around with it. When I press the mode footswitch while in a preset nothing is happening? All the colours from the various stomps go off and a single red one appears? I've tried the various different modes in the global settings but it seems to just be doing the same thing. Can someone tell me what I need to change or what I'm doing wrong?

Hey guys, I’m seriously considering the LT both for cost and practical reasons. I really don’t need the additional I/O and if I ever did in the future I’d make the change. However, the only thing that slightly concerns me is the 10v8 situation in stomp mode... do any LT guys have any experience in running into any limits with 2 less?

Hello! This is my first post to the forum after browsing for a while. Anyway, I'm seriously considering becoming part of the Helix family and for me the LT would be the one I'd be looking to get due to budget concerns and the additional options available on the floor unit aren't essential for me. The one thing I have wondered about and please forgive me if it's already been answered, was can I plug an electro acoustic into the return jack and still get the same tone I would get if I was using the AUX in on the floor unit? If not, would the regular input be better? I'm also looking to invest in an acoustic guitar to gig with and was looking at an X Series Martin and obviously want this to work well with the Helix if possible. A DXR10 would complete my rig and as I come to understand it's pretty excellent paired with a Helix?
