Hello, I have exactly the same problem. I see the NEW Helix 3.0 screen ... then a red line ... then NOTHING ... it just hangs on that red line? And the computer no longer recognizes it, so it is impossible to redo an update. What to do?

Hello, after updating the helix during the reconstruction of the settings, it got stuck at 584. Nothing happens anymore. It shows the new firmware at 3.00 If I turn it off and back on, same rebuild 584 home screen and that's it. Of course I can't connect it to the computer anymore either. What should I do?
