I just picked up a Firehawk FX from GC today and I went to power it up but nothing seems to be happening. The A light is lit and the display back light is on but i cant get it to do anything else. I think it was an open box item because when they give it to me it looked like it was open but they assured me it was fine. I could be doing something wrong but i have done the factory reset, holding the volume button and the tap switch while turning it on, and i have tried the pedal calibration.
Let me know if there is something that i am missing.
