Pod Farm not detecting Input and no Models Appear

So I managed to get my set-up working on my laptop but I cant get it to work on my desktop. I have a Line 6 GX, I have Pod Farm 2 installed and updated with drivers from Line 6 Monkey, and its all authorized by the the license manager. No models are showing up however, and its not detecting any input from my hardware. Any Ideas? I fixed the input issues but I still have zero models despite having some on my other computer.
