Hi just an update here 1- repair team has no idea what a `rescue file` is. 2- They simply told they don't fix this, just replace if it is under warranty. They are basically saying they can't factory reset. Which means in practice, I should throw the amp away. Such a disappointment.

I have the exact problem. Tried to use Line 6 Updater per support's suggetion and it didn't work. I'll update this reply per my ticket gets updated.

I've been struggling with the same issue for a while now. The driver is not working with my windows 10 home edition. I have installed "Line 6 Driver2 Spider V v1.87 Installer" (the latest so far) yet still, I am getting Code1 error. I tired uninstalling and using previous drivers, result is the same.
