    Hi,

    I am just trying the Helix LT the first day and I don´t knok, if it is a problem of the Helix or of me???

    All the preset sounds have no saved effects, all blocks are empty.

      If this is only happening on the Editor and not the device my guess would be that your firmware and your HX Edit version are not matched. Make sure to download and install the version of HX Edit that matches your firmware, for example 2.60. Good luck.
