  1. Thank you so much for this post. VERY helpful while I was looking for a midi foot controller for my Line 6 M9. I ended up purchasing the DMC-4 from Area Disaster and so far I really like it. Thanks for the tip about the presents being disabled. That had me tricked until I came back to your post. My only issue now is the FX lights while I'm using my DMC-4 to control the looper. I've attached a video below. Anyone know how I can fix this. I want to ALWAYS see my effects lights. However when I go to use any looper features (overdub, play, stop etc), the FX lights turn off and the looper lights turn on. The FX all still work but I just can't look down and see what FX are engaged or disengaged until I actually click to turn one on (or off). Then the FX lights come back on. Any workarounds or fixes out there? Anyone else had similar issues with other Midi Controllers? I'm assuming I can learn to go in and mess with Midi code. That may get me in more trouble than it's worth though. Thank you so much for this post. VERY helpful while I was looking for a midi foot controller for my Line 6 M9. 2. Hey everyone, I'm curious if anyone has seen this issue or has a fix. Basically when I go to use my Disaster Area DMC-4 (Gen2) midi controller for a looper, I don't want to see the looper lights on my M9. I'd rather keep seeing which effects I have active. Is this a glitch? I see the correct lights at first but then as soon as I use my midi controller to record/overdub/play, my M9 shows those lights and doesn't show any of my effects lights. I hope that makes sense. Video below for reference. Any ideas?
