Hi there... using Logic Pro on M4 MacBook - everything up to date. I installed Helix Native and figured out how to login (loaded as plugin). it shows a splash page for Helix Native and Hi with my name at the top, but no interface. nothing at all. what am I doing wrong. I've installed it 100 times, rebooted, did all the things. Looking in the plugin folders there are no components or plugins - not sure where they went on install. help!

I ended up getting rid of it only by redoing the presets or reloading the original ones... turned out I wasn't overly attached to the ones I lost anyways. didn't really fix the issue but kind of bypassed it - Line 6 was great helping me though.

Having the same issue but all the presets are ones that I created myself. Any solutions on this yet? I found one of them that I could save again and it got rid of the pick and managed to reload it but the other's are toast until I figure this out.

Hi there... I'm very interested in the ipad controlling helix through midi... and love the Yamaha BT01 wireless option. How do I get the app for that? BTW - you should also check out the MIDI GRANDE midi footcontrollers - been researching the heck out of this myself and this is one of the best ones and most affordable with most available options I have found. You can order different numbers of footswitches (3, 4, 6, 8, 10)... can't beat it.
