G10 Horrible, constant dropout issues

I have G 10 Relay and has never worked wont charge been to the factory twice I gave up then didn't play through the pandemic - I bought the GT XII transmitter 2 weeks ago and it charges using the old transmitter from the G10 R and its dropping out for a second or two, and not consistent sound help - feel like I am throwing good money after bad. Other band member have had no issues - I play acoustic guitar
